Privacy Policy

Account information: email address, authentication identifiers, display name and profile information that you choose to provide.

Social login information: when you use Google, Discord or Facebook to sign in, the provider may share the basic profile information and email address permitted by your provider settings and the authorization you grant.

Profile information: optional profile photo and other information you add to your HandFlux account.

Commerce information: product, order and transaction metadata needed to provide purchases, licenses and customer support. Payment credentials are handled by the selected payment provider rather than stored by HandFlux as raw card data.

Technical information: security and operational information such as IP address, browser/device characteristics, timestamps and application logs may be processed by HandFlux or infrastructure providers when necessary to operate and protect the service.

We use information to create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, provide HandFlux tools, process purchases, manage entitlements, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, troubleshoot failures and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your poker activity or hand-history content to make decisions about you outside the services you request.

HandFlux uses infrastructure and service providers that process information on our behalf, including Supabase for authentication/database services and payment providers such as Mercado Pago and Wompi when you choose those checkout methods.

Social authentication providers may process information according to their own privacy policies. You can review the permissions shown during each sign-in flow before authorizing access.

We retain account and transaction information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

You may request deletion of your account and personal information using the instructions on our Data Deletion page. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or necessary for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.

HandFlux uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account information, including authenticated sessions, access controls and encrypted connections. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong password and protect your authentication credentials.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us and we will review requests under applicable law.

You can also manage available account security features, including password changes, multi-factor authentication and active-session controls, from your HandFlux account when available.

HandFlux is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the situation.

We may update this policy when the service, technology or legal requirements change. The effective date shown below identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service when appropriate.

If you are signed in, HandFlux AI can store your conversations in your account so you can continue previous support conversations, search your history, pin or delete conversations, and save useful AI answers as solutions. Guest chats are not stored as conversation history.

AI conversation history is retained for up to 90 days from the most recent activity. You can delete individual conversations or clear your HandFlux AI history at any time. Saved solutions are also linked to your account and can be deleted by you.

Conversation content is used to provide the HandFlux AI response and the history features you request. HandFlux sends the relevant conversation context to its configured AI provider (currently Google Gemini) to generate responses. Do not enter passwords, API keys, payment credentials or other secrets into HandFlux AI.

HandFlux does not use saved AI conversations to make decisions about your eligibility, credit, employment or other matters outside the services you request.

HandFlux AI is a support assistant and may make mistakes. It should not be treated as a substitute for official product documentation, payment records, third-party platform rules or professional advice. Review important information before acting on it.
